Get off at the MRT Station Cultural Center and follow the crowd around the mall, and you will find yourself right in front of the Ratchada Market. The nearest BTS is Asoke where you have to change to Sukhumit MRT Station.
Certainly, you could also take a taxi to the night market. Make sure to tell the driver to go to the New Ratchada Night Market. Taking a taxi is cheap in Bangkok (with taximeter) and also a good choice to get to the market.
