The wonderful Klong Khong Beach, sometimes called Freedom Bay or Hippie Bay, is located in the middle of the island, about 10 kilometers south of the capital Ban Saladan and 15 kilometers from Mu Ko Lanta National Park. This almost 3 kilometers long, very soft sandy beach is definitely a fantastic choice for a vacation on Koh Lanta. It is centrally located to many important attractions and is a good starting point for exploring the island.
