Beaches directly in Valencia City

The bright and velvety city beaches of Valencia are really nice and can be easily reached from the center by public transport (bus, metro & tram line 6). On a 3.5 km long promenade, which is lined with palm trees, there are 3 different beach sections that can be easily reached by foot. Sportive ones rent a bike and comfortably ride down the long beach of Valencia. On the way, there are always restaurants and bars where you can get some delicious ice cream, drinks, and snacks.

Playa del Cabanyal (Las Arenas Beach)

A really popular beach in Valencia is the Playa del Cabanyal, also known as Playa de las Arenas.
